What better time to start your health journey than at the start of a new year? This is a 3 month course and sessions are held weekly via virtual meetings. Women will have the opportunity to discuss their weekly challenges and connect with fellow women, while receiving guidance to support them in their health journey and empower them to reach their health goals. One-on-one health coaching is designed for women seeking a personalized approach and dedicated support. Recognizing that each individual is unique, we understand that what works for one person may not be effective for another. Our coaching will take a holistic perspective on your life, facilitating the achievement of your personal goals.
We will conduct weekly check-ins via email or text and meet bi-weekly in virtual sessions. This bi-weekly schedule allows ample time for you to implement the changes needed and take actionable steps towards your goals. Acknowledging the demands of your busy lifestyle, we aim to alleviate any potential stress regarding weekly goal completion. This approach ensures you can progress at a realistic pace without compromising the overall objectives of our work together.
You have the option to choose from three programs based on your goals and the time-frame you wish to commit.
The available programs include a 12-week option designed for women seeking to make rapid changes at full speed and are 150% ready to dive in and make all the necessary changes without hesitation. If you are ready to fully dedicate yourself to the process, the 12-week program could be a suitable choice for you.
For those committed to making gradual improvements, and feel like you don’t want to be rushed, the 6-month program could be a suitable choice. This program is for those aiming for steady progress.
The 9-month program is for women seeking to implement lasting lifestyle changes. The 9-month program is ideal for lasting transformations as it allows sufficient time for sustainable change.
