About Jessica

Jessica, a certified Integrative Health Coach, is a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful daughters. Her journey toward health began when she recognized her struggles with being overweight and dissatisfied with her body image. During her eldest daughter's adolescent years, specifically after her daughter was diagnosed with ADHD at age 11, Jessica gained insights into the effects of certain foods on brain function. This experience prompted her to modify her family's dietary choices, although over time, those changes were gradually forgotten, and old habits resumed.

As Jessica entered perimenopause, she found herself in a cycle of weight fluctuations, struggling to maintain a healthy weight. Motivated to reclaim her health, she decided to resume her exercise routine. It was during this time that she was introduced to concepts such as intermittent fasting and the impact of inflammatory foods. This knowledge ignited a transformative journey toward better health, especially as she had faced ongoing gut issues that were previously unmanaged.

As she deepened her understanding of health, Jessica's passion grew, leading her to enroll in a health coaching program. Her goal became clear: to empower others to become the best versions of themselves, a journey she had experienced firsthand. Through her coaching, Jessica has successfully guided numerous women in making sustainable lifestyle changes that not only enhance their lives but can also be passed down to future generations.

About Michelle

Michelle, a Certified Christian Life Coach with a Master in Social Work (MSW), is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart and a mother to a young boy. Her journey to developing a stronger relationship with Christ began when her son had his first febrile seizure at just one year old. She already had a luke-warm relationship with Christ, but through this situation, along with her struggles with depression, postpartum challenges, COVID, and other trials, they all had lead her to the realization of God’s good grace and the genuineness of Him wanting an intimate relationship with her.

On the day of her son’s seizure, she knew that she had enough with the enemy’s lies and the enemy holding her back from feeling true peace … the peace from God. She took a stand and decided that she was going all in with her faith. She didn’t know how at first, but she knew that things needed to change.

Through Michelle’s journey of trials and tribulations, she’s become strongly devoted and passionate to helping other moms and women build their own relationship with Christ and making Christ the center of the home. Not only that, but she is passionate about teaching others God’s truth, helping them become more sensitive to the Holy Spirit, encouraging them as they tackle their goals and visions in life, and helping them stay focused on God, even in the midst of their own trials.
