Michelle and Jessica are two sisters in Christ who felt the Lord lead them to teach women how to truly love their bodies inside and out, the God-centered way. Their goal is to help you fall in love with taking care of yourself and helping you achieve the goals and visions that the Lord has set on your heart!

To empower them with the strength and courage to embrace transformative lifestyle changes that will not only enrich their own lives, but also create a powerful legacy of wellbeing for generations yet to come.
The mission of the Sisters in Faith and Wellness Club is to educate and support women in their journey toward becoming their best selves by fostering a healthier relationship with movement, nutrition, and spiritual fulfillment in Christ.
